IAIA Chronicle — Website Redesign Advisory

Led the redesign of the IAIA Chronicle website — the student newspaper program’s digital presence. The project involved UX improvements, visual redesign, and a complete rethink of the manuscript submission and editorial workflow. I introduced Notion-based tooling for manuscript collection and version tracking, which reduced the time editors spent chasing submissions and allowed them to focus on the editorial work itself. The outcome was a publication workflow that student editors could actually sustain semester after semester.
